Terms of use

1. What the service does. SendStructured converts the invoice data you supply into structured e-invoice files and reports the result of validating them against published rule sets. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice.
2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice data, for checking the review page before generating, and for the invoice's compliance with the tax law that applies to you. A "valid" result means the file passed the listed technical rule sets, not that the invoice is correct for your circumstances.
3. Free allowance and beta. Ten conversions are free. Paid plans are pre-orders during the beta; nothing is charged until billing opens and you confirm.
4. Acceptable use. Do not upload documents you have no right to process, or use the service to send unsolicited invoices.
5. Availability and liability. The service is provided as is during the beta. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.
6. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
