Privacy notice

Short version: we process your invoice to produce the files you asked for, then delete it. We keep your email and usage counts. We don't sell or share data.

What we collect

• Your email, to sign you in and count your free conversions. Lawful basis: contract.
• Uploaded invoices and generated files, held on our server for up to 24 hours so you can download them, then deleted. We store no invoice contents afterwards, only metadata (countries, currency, number of lines, validation result, timings).
• Usage events (pages viewed, formats chosen, answers to our one survey question) tied to a random session id and, if signed in, your account. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in running and improving the service.
• Pre-order details you submit on the pricing page, including the optional list of customer countries.
• Your IP address, kept for up to 24 hours in a counter used only to limit abuse of the free allowance, then discarded.

Processors

• Hosting: OVHcloud, in the EU.
• Email delivery for sign-in links.
• Extraction: the uploaded document (or images of its pages) is sent to the AI model provider configured for this service — Google (Gemini API) — to read the invoice fields, under that provider's API data terms. This happens only for the extraction step and only while you are converting.

Cookies

Two: a session id (random, no tracking across sites) and, when you sign in, a signed session cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time; we act within 30 days. UK GDPR applies; you can complain to the ICO. Write to email address.
